Designed for multi-step chemical synthesis, separation, drying, vacuum operations, and quality control — supporting pharma chemicals, API intermediates, specialty chemicals, and contract manufacturing.
10 reactors — GLR & SS
Ten reactors with a combined capacity of 40,600 litres. Seven glass-lined reactors (GLR–Anchor) by G M M ranging from 1000 to 6300 litres, and three SS–Anchor reactors by M A ranging from 3000 to 5000 litres. Suitable for a wide range of multi-step chemical synthesis reactions.
SS & rubber-lined, 48"
Two 48-inch centrifuges — one SS (CF-105) and one rubber-lined (CF-106) — for efficient solid-liquid separation across different chemical applications and product types.
Tray dryer & FBD
A 48-tray MS tray dryer (TD-107) for batch drying of wet cakes, and a 120 kg/hr SS Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD-118) for efficient continuous drying of pharmaceutical and specialty chemical products.
Nutsche filter & sparkling filter
A 150-litre SS Nutsche filter (NF-108) for pressure filtration, a 100-litre SS sparkling filter (SF-112) by GA for polishing filtration, and a 48-inch SS shifter (ST-113) by SM for particle size classification.
2 chillers + cooling tower
Two Eskimo EAC-180 15TR chillers (CI-109, CI-111) and an Eskimo ECT-200TR cooling tower (CT-110) provide reliable temperature control for exothermic reactions and process cooling requirements.
Boiler, scrubber & vacuum pumps
A Hitze 750 IBR wood briquette boiler (BI-111) for steam supply. A 2000-litre double-stage PPF scrubber (SCB-001) by SK Engineering for exhaust gas treatment. Two SJ water-jet vacuum pumps (VP-101) providing 650–700 mmhg vacuum for distillation and drying operations.
KF titrator, UV chamber, water bath
The QC lab is equipped with a LASCO automatic KF titrator (KF-114) for moisture analysis, a UV chamber (UV-115) for TLC visualization, and a water bath (WB-116) — all to lab standards for in-process and finished product testing.
